In this cooperative tactical deck-building experience you and your fellow players step into the shoes of elite cyber specialists known as deckers. Your goal is to infiltrate the sprawling network of a rogue supermassive computer called Mother, decode its defenses and overthrow its AI dominion. Deckers is a reimagining of the popular game Renegades, with an updated ruleset and new mechanics to keep older fans of the game satisfied.

At the start of the game you choose one of several unique decker profiles, each with special abilities that shape your role in the digital battlefield. Together you jack into a network of interconnected servers, represented by modular maps that change each session, keeping every game fresh. An AI opponent called a Super Massive Computer watches your every move and reacts dynamically, forcing you to think ahead and plan in concert.

Gameplay unfolds over rounds in which objectives are revealed one by one. These objectives might demand that you seize control of critical nodes, disable security protocols, or outmaneuver digital countermeasures. Each turn you play cards from your personal deck to perform actions such as movement, hacking, or bolstering allies. When you improve your capabilities you must make tough choices about which cards to acquire and which to remove, because your deck is both your arsenal and your timer.

The game supports one to four players, making it equally satisfying in solo or team play. The structure encourages discussion and shared tactics, with the difficulty scaling naturally as you tackle deeper network layers. Every server’s defensive pattern feels unique and unpredictable, so even familiar goals demand fresh thinking.
