This expansion introduces Construction Cards that challenge players to complete specific city layouts. Finishing these objectives allows you to collect pieces of the Statue of Athena and gain Mini-tiles that boost your city’s potential. Each Construction Card can only be completed once per player, so careful timing and clever planning are key.
Athena keeps the streamlined flow of Akropolis intact while giving every decision greater weight. When the final tile is drawn from the Construction Site, players score as usual, with additional points awarded to those who completed the Statue of Athena.
The result is a more dynamic and rewarding contest where the smartest architect will claim victory and build the most prestigious city in Greece.
