SHIPPING POLICY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders over £60 automatically qualify for free standard UK delivery.

For orders under £60, standard delivery starts from £3.95. The available delivery services and exact charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

If your order qualifies for free standard delivery, you can choose an upgraded or faster delivery service during checkout for an additional charge.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and Parcelforce. The courier used will depend on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.

From time to time, we may upgrade your delivery service at no additional cost.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Most in-stock orders are dispatched promptly and typically arrive within three to five working days.

Where a 24-Hour Tracked or next-business-day service is selected, orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday are normally dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 are normally dispatched on the next working day.

Weekends and UK bank holidays are not classed as working days. Service availability may also depend on your delivery postcode.

Delivery dates and times are estimates rather than guarantees. Severe weather, industrial action, courier disruption and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

TRACKING

We recommend choosing a tracked delivery service where available. Tracking provides greater visibility of your parcel and helps us resolve delivery issues more quickly.

When tracking is available, the relevant information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

PREORDERS

Preorders are dispatched after the relevant stock arrives.

Expected release and delivery dates are estimates supplied by publishers or distributors and may change. If a date changes, we will dispatch your order as soon as the stock becomes available and provide an updated estimate where possible.

If we cannot dispatch a preorder within the expected timeframe, you may cancel the affected product for a full refund.

ORDERS CONTAINING IN-STOCK AND PREORDER PRODUCTS

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder products, the entire order will normally be held and dispatched together when all products are available.

If you want an in-stock product sooner, please place it as a separate order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email customerhappiness@boardgamist.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
