Paper World
In Paper World you gather scraps of paper and slowly assemble landscapes that echo your journeys. Each round you choose between taking cards or placing cards. If you take cards, you must pick all cards sharing either the same color or the same number. If you place cards, you must arrange cards in front of you in ascending order. Your tableau begins to build layer by layer into mountains, seas, forests or skylines.
Taking too many cards might clog your hand, and placing too early might limit future flexibility. As cards accumulate, landscapes deepen and complexity grows. When only two central piles remain, the game ends after one final round for each player. Then you count stars earned from your layered creations. The traveller whose panorama holds the most stars wins.
Paper World plays in roughly 15 minutes and comfortably supports 2 to 4 players. Its perfect for a relaxed game night or a quick filler between heavier games.
