The dragons of Flamecraft are taking a break from the shops and turning their talents toward a smaller, sharper contest.
Flamecraft Duals is a pattern building game set in the same cosy world as Flamecraft, but built around quick turns, shared board tension and clever dragon placement.
Each round, a player draws a dragon from the bag and places it onto the shared central board. Dragon types have special abilities that can be fired up, letting players draw more dragons or rearrange dragons already on the board. The aim is to match three dragons on the board to the pattern shown on shop cards in your hand, then score those cards.
Because both players are working on the same central board, every dragon placement can help your own plan while changing what is available to your opponent. The puzzle comes from spotting useful patterns, deciding when to fire up dragon abilities and timing shop cards before the board shifts away from what you need.
The Standard Edition includes the core gameplay with dragon tokens, a dual toned bag, cardboard cards, coins, a folding board and a screen printed wooden fountain dragon token.
