Expand your underwater ecosystem with new ocean habitats, powerful predators and exciting ways to explore the seas in Finspan: Sharks and Reefs.

This expansion requires the Finspan base game and introduces two new modules that can be added individually or together. The Shark module adds larger marine predators with new abilities that create fresh strategic opportunities throughout the game. The Reef module introduces colourful coral reef boards that reward careful planning and create new scoring possibilities as your ocean develops.

Players continue taking turns choosing how to grow their marine ecosystem by playing fish, diving deeper into the ocean and activating card abilities. The new content blends seamlessly with the original gameplay while adding greater variety, new combinations and additional long-term decisions without increasing complexity significantly.

Designed by David Gordon and Michael O'Connell, this expansion increases replayability by introducing more cards, alternative strategies and additional setup options while remaining fully compatible with the core game. It is an excellent addition for players who have explored the base game and want more ways to build unique oceans each time they play.
