At least, that's the conclusion I've reached after years of trying to predict which games people will love before they arrive on my shelves.
Ordering new releases is a big of a FOMO nightmare. If I order too many, I watch my cash flow disappear into stacks of boxes that sit patiently waiting for a home. The Christmas period ended up being the most CRAZY I have had since starting Boardgamist, not just because it was busy, but because of how you chose to shop.
